Conditions of Sale

The owner and operator is Angela Tandori Fine Art (ABN 35 085 426 80). By purchasing products from Angela Tandori Fine Art the purchaser (“Customer”), agrees to the following conditions of sale.

1. Ordering and Conclusion of Sale
1.1 Upon the Customer confirming its purchase the Customer agrees to purchase the products for their price including GST and any postage and handling charges as applicable.

1.2 Angela Tandori Fine Art will send the products to the Customer as soon as practicable after it receives payment for the products.

1.3 All prices and transactions are denominated in Australian Dollars and include Goods and Service Tax (GST) where applicable

2. Defective Products and Returns Policy
2.1 If the Customer purchases a defective product from Angela Tandori Fine Art, the Customer must return the product to Angela Tandori Fine Art within 28 days of receiving the product, with a copy of the invoice for the product and a brief letter which includes the Customer’s details and identifies the defect in the product.

Conditions of Consignment

1. Documentation.
All works of art consigned to Angela Tandori Fine Art for the purpose of exhibition or sale on consignment are to be documented. Both the consignor and Angela Tandori Fine Art are required to maintain a copy of such documentation.

2. Vendor’s Authorisation.
In consideration of Angela Tandori Fine Art accepting the documented works of art, the person or agent specified as "the Vendor" agrees to the conditions contained herein.

3. Warranty.
The Vendor warrants to Angela Tandori Fine Art and to the Buyer that he is and will be able to transfer good and marketable title to the goods free from all liens and encumbrances.

1. Online Store Ordering and Conclusion of Sale

1.1 Upon the Customer confirming its purchase order the Customer agrees to purchase the products in the Customer’s “shopping cart” for their price including GST and any postage and handling charges as applicable.

1.2 Angela Tandori Fine Art will send the products to the Customer as soon as practicable after it receives payment for the products.

1.3 By placing an online order, you make an offer to buy goods. Completion of the sale is subject to the availability of stock and confirmation of successful credit card or PayPal settlement. Partial sales may be concluded where availability of stock precludes fulfillment in full.
